Because Swimwear is an intimate piece of clothing, due to hygienic reasons we do not allow exchanges on sizes. Please view the Size Charts before purchasing your bikini.
Only defective items will be replaced.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel.
Our returns department will contact you after evaluating the item and make arrangement regarding the exchange of the product.
When possible, we will be happy to replace defective items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size.
This exchange is subject to the availability of the product. Store credit will be given in the event that we don’t have your item in stock.
Please keep in mind that our boutique stock unique imported merchandise and most of the bikinis are from “one of a kind” ranges by our suppliers.
When you receive your swim item, we strongly suggest you try it on over your underwear.
Because we sell luxury items, returned apparel must be in unworn, unsoiled and perfect condition when returning. Perfect/new condition includes protective shields (hygiene strip) on swimsuit bottoms, re-sealable and accompanying bags/boxes, and items properly folded with all tags in place.
We also recommend that you protect the suit against any pet hair or dander, liquid, or other debris, and to put it back in the plastic packaging it came from once you’ve tried it on and noticed the manufacturing fault. This will ensure that your return is approved during the inspection process done by the Returns Department.
Any item received in any altered condition, unfortunately, will have to be sent back to the purchaser. Additional fees may apply.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that
appear on The Bikini Boutique’s website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee
that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
